If you are unhappy with a guitar that has been purchased online this can can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you for a full refund.

Guitars purchased in person are not covered under this returns policy as they have been inspected prior to purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

The customer must inform us in writing (contact us) if they wish to cancel their order. Please include the reason for requesting the return.

• The guitar must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the guitar.
• The guitar must be returned in the identical condition to which it was sold.
• The customer will receive their refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return or charge additional costs should the guitar be returned to us showing signs of tampering (e.g removal / replacing of electrical components) or has additional signs of wear and tear.
